Interview series
Dutch pavilion, Venice Architecture Biennale

Do the multi-faceted effects of automation on spatial arrangements carry potential for agency and emancipation of groups that are primarily disadvantaged by those same processes? René Boer (Failed Architecture) and I conducted a series of interviews with architects and researchers, addressing that question. The project was part of the exhibition “Work, Body, Leisure” in the Dutch Pavilion, curated by Marina Otero Verzier. The interviews were published as podcasts.

The interviewees were Amal Alhaag, Floris Alkemade, Hamed Koshravi, Simone Niquille, Marten Kuipers & Victor Munoz Sanz, Giuditta Vendrame, Mark Wigley and Liam Young.

Recordings available on the Work Body Leisure site.
